We actually sold our home for a lot more that we thought and it sold in just hours after it was on the market and for the asking price. Nancy also helped us in finding a new home in our price range and what we wanted in size and location. She was available at the drop of hat when a new listing came up and wanted to see it right away. She was so personable and friendly; while at the same time very knowledgeable and professional. Nancy even brought me a large pot of beautiful flowers for me to enjoy on my patio. Around this same time, Nancy was blessed with her first granddaughter. She shared some of her first pictures with me via e-mail. I feel like Nancy has become a friend to me as we have shared our personal triumphs and tragedies.
