Nick Swinehart

I am a father to 3 boys, married, and living in Deltona. I previously worked as a High School math teacher at a private school in Sanford. I am a home owner myself and have knowledge in various aspects of home buying/selling. I am very diligent and will be there at any time for you. I enjoy being personable and helping you in the best way possible.

I have lived here in Deltona for about 12 years. My family and I are very involved within the community and attend events around the area. Attending city meetings is another thing I enjoy to keep up with my community.
