Amanda has been amazing to work with. She is extremely responsive and really worked to help us find the perfect home. We never felt pressured at all. We were buying from out of town, and only had very specific times we would be available to view homes, and she was always able to accommodate us. She has great local knowledge, quickly began identifying homes that matched our preferences, and was able to negotiate some slightly unusual terms for us. She also introduced us to an agent who is helping us sell our current home. Our experience with Amanda was terrific from beginning to end, and I highly recommend her.

As a first time home buyer, my experience working with Amanda was very easy. She was quick to respond to my questions and requests and she frequently checked-in on me during the process. Amanda is a problem solver and always thinking ahead; when a potential issue would arise, Amanda was already thinking about plan B and C, incase plan A fell through. I liked this about her because it would calm my nerves. I also liked Amanda's connections. She recommended me a lender that truly worked wonders to help me get the loan I needed to purchase my condo. I am an individual that believes everything (objects, people, events, interactions, feelings, etc.) is energy. From the moment I met Amanda, I felt her high vibrational energy and we both knew that the condo I live in now would be mine (despite someone else's offer being accepted shortly before I planned to submit mine). Amanda also helped me decide on a lucky number for my offer.
