“Kyle Rice did a excellent job for me and my wife.Kyle Keep informing use and up dateing progress on the sale of the home at all times. Kale found people to come in and clean the bath room tubs before the sale when i ask him ,and at a great price i might add. Kyle personnally remove some tree branches from the side of the yard that i pruned but did not have a chance to get rid of, which was great for use. kyle made remote signing of the paper work very simple and answer all question in a timely manner. My wife and I highly reconmend Kyle to any one buying a home. A excellent realtor and man of integrity. Great Job Kyle”

“From the moment my wife and I had knowledge of the home that we wanted to buy, April was there to help us throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, this was critical for us as we navigated many unknown terms, conditions, and variables. Through it all, April had the expertise to really send it! The process that my wife and I went through was flawless, as April ensured clarity and conciseness throughout. A huge shout out to April for helping us land our beautiful home! Also, we greatly appreciate her patience and time over the course of the month during the process. Again, thank you, April!”
“Paul and his team made my sale go smooth through the whole process.”
“Carrie did a wonderful job no issues whatsoever during this purchase.”
“At our first meeting Gautam had an accurate understanding of my neighborhood and it's surroundings. After walking through the house and the yards he gave a clear assessment of our home's value and the reasons why. He also had an idea of what types of buyers would likely show interest, and how to market our home to them. He had an excellent advertising package in mind. One day after being on the market we received a full-price offer. It fell through, but in line were two more full-price offers. The second potential buyer became the buyer. There were three issues with the property that arose and he handled them all. That was especially helpful as we were already out-of-state. The house sold without further issues. Gotham was easy to work with, and his expertise gave me confidence that things would be well-handled. I recommend Gautam highly, and would recommend him to family and friends.”
“My experience with Mr Wili was great, his support was always professional and I recommend him 100%”
