Woodlands home values in this rolling three-month view are down compared to a year ago, with the typical home value slipping about 4 percent. Median list prices have fallen even more over the same period, dropping nearly 9 percent year over year. At the same time, the share of homes selling above list has declined sharply from last year, reflecting less intense bidding.
In the latest period ending July 2026, prices and listing activity show a mixed picture.
