I'm an out of state buyer and I was looking for properties in NJ and PA; she never questioned why I couldn't visit the properties, she just went out of her way and sent me extra pics and videos of the ones I had interest in. She knows all the local vendors such as inspectors and contractors and she always provided excellent referrals for housework.
