Funny story, this guy pulled up to my house, he asked me to see the pizza oven, he and his dad build it, he also told me that "he used to live here", well he sold his house to me. I hire him to sell my house, well he is very professional, hard-working, thorough and knowledgeable of the area. He had my house listed in every social media and real state site so your house gets all the exposure needed for a fast sell to the maximum amount of money. Hire him, you won't be disappointed.

Among Realtors in central Virginia Ron is an ALLSTAR. Our previous experience with previous Realtor here was not bad, but we did not win in three bids for homes in the area. In my first conversation with Ron I told him we had several tries but no wins and that I just wanted.to win. He replied, WE WILL WIN! I can't say enough good things about Ron. He helped me sell a house I lived in for 28 years and find a great neighborhood to build a new house in. He has a vast knowledge of the area and everything about the real estate market. His "coming soon" listing for my old house brought me multiple offers within 3 days of being officially listed. Ron uses social media to help his clients sell their home. Ron goes above and beyond to help explain the whole process and gives excellent advice. I know I wouldn't have been able to go through it all without his help. He makes you feel like a friend and not just another client. He gives good references for painters, electricians, etc. I prefer references from someone I trust over just picking a name from a phonebook. Ron truly wants the best for his clients.
