I'm Ryan Donnellon, a Realtor with Real Estate One, proudly serving Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Macomb County, and the surrounding communities of Southeast Michigan.

Before beginning my real estate career in 2024, I spent years working in emergency medical services and healthcare, where I learned the importance of listening, thinking on my feet, staying calm under pressure, and helping people navigate important decisions. Those skills translate naturally into real estate, where every transaction brings its own opportunities, challenges, and occasional surprises.

Whether you're purchasing your first home, selling a longtime family property, or coordinating a sale and purchase simultaneously, my goal is to make the process understandable, manageable, and even enjoyable. I believe clients deserve straight answers, thoughtful guidance, and an agent who's willing to roll up his sleeves when things get complicated.

I'm personable, approachable, detail-oriented, and a strong advocate for the people I represent. I enjoy the negotiations, the problem-solving, and especially the moment when everything comes together for my clients.

I don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics. I believe in educating my clients, understanding their priorities, and helping them make decisions they'll feel good about long after closing day.

Much of my business has grown through personal recommendations and referrals, something I consider a tremendous compliment and a responsibility I take seriously.
