Sara has a built a solid reputation and is a well known and well respected pillar in the real estate business in San Antonio. We didn't know it would be easy to work with her. But we were greatly surprised and very satisfied and she lived up to her reputation.

Communication was clear, and knowledge of market in the area we were interested in was exceptional. Handling of deposit money was lightning fast and made me feel very confident that we had a chance to actually get the house we wanted, very confidence inspiring.

She easily read me when I got to one point in which I just wanted to get anything, no matter what, I was running out of patience and options. Because she was able to identify the emotional space I was in, she suggested for me to take a break, and told me that my house was out there waiting for me. We just needed to find it. I reluctantly conceded. Was she right, though. I say she shared some of her patience when I was running out of mine.

She is an expert in the market place, and has the tenacity necessary to fight for a good deal in this challenging market.
