I've worked in the real estate industry for over a decade! I started Providential Real Estate as “Cheng Realty” in 2008 and since then have built it from a one-man business into a full-service brokerage. I focus on protecting my clients' best interests and ensuring they have the best experience when buying or selling their home. I pride myself on my strong work ethic, negotiation skills, and helping new agents grow.
I have worked extensively with first-time homebuyers, luxury property owners, and real estate investors. My experience working with investors has given me a deeper understanding of investment properties--I've flipped between 30 and 60 a year. Due to this level of involvement, I can analyze properties for my clients in much greater detail than most.
