Shawn Morey is a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in California and over two decades of experience in the industry. As a Realtor and Principal Broker at Dwell Property Management and Santa Barbara Team Leader with Rise Real Estate Group, Shawn brings a multifaceted background in residential and investment real estate, architecture, development, and property management to every client relationship.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA, Shawn developed his passion for building, design, and community at an early age— inspired by growing up around construction and architectural influences from his family. This early interest led him to pursue studies in architecture and drafting at Santa Barbara City College, followed by coursework in Business, Finance, and Real Estate at Woodbury University. He further advanced his expertise with graduate-level study in real estate development at the University of Southern California.
