Spencer listed our house at 10:30 am. By 11am that day he had several showings planned for that evening and one turned into the offer we accepted. Spencer had an appraisal completed before listing so we knew the value of our unusual home.

I found Spencer by chance two years ago when looking to buy a house. he was a great realtor through the buying process. when it came time to sell a few months ago it was a no brainier that we would call him up first. he was prepared when we showed up for the meeting and the numbers he gave us were much higher than we anticipated. we trusted him and moved forward with the process. we had an offer over asking within 48 hours of being on the market. it was a great process and closing was very smooth. I would recommend him to anyone.

Spencer was exactly what we needed. We started the sale of our home with another age t. After multiple open houses with little to no groups walking through and zero offers we decide to look for another agent. That’s when we were referred to Spencer. Our very first open house with him was nothing but successful. We had 60+ groups of people walk through our home and had multiple offers come in. We ended up selling for 20k over asking price. It was nothing but ease. Thank you again Spencer for all of your hard work! We would not use anyone but him moving forward!

CORVID19 made many aspects of the sale challenging but Spencer handled everything for me. I just provided digital signatures and the closing still took under a month at my asking price.
