Spencer was wonderful! He made the hold process easy! Great photos of the house, great presentation to buyers and understood all the extra we had added to the house to make it valuable.
Sold the house above asking price over one weekend.
Spencer took care of everything to get all the paperwork and inspections done and closing went without a hitch!

Initially, we were not planning on selling the house we lived in for the past 15 years. We had contacted Spencer to give us real estate advice on our planned addition. In talking with him, it was evident that he is knowledgeable about the real estate market and the value of each home. We were pleasantly surprised by what he felt was a conservative estimate for our home. Following our conversation, we halted the renovation plans and decided to start looking for a new home! When it came time to list, our beloved house, we called Spencer. Throughout the entire process he was transparent, efficient and knowledgeable. In addition, he was very responsive to our questions. He even recommended a painting company, which did a great job. The results of Spencer's hard work showed as we had an offer over the listed price within hours of the house going on the market. In the end, we had several qualified offers well over the asking price and Spencer guided us through analyzing each offer. Throughout the entire process Spencer was there to guide and support us. We will definitely call Spencer when it's time to sell our house!

We worked with Spencer previously when buying our home and had a flawless experience with him. It was no brainer to work with him again and he did a great job second time around as well.

Spencer was excellent in every area. Always answered my phone calls or text messages and kept me informed of every aspect of the sale.
