Tammy went the extra mile. An offer had been made on a house we were very interested in and Tammy requested a back-up offer option. That offer was accepted, the previous offer fell through and we now own the property. Had she not taken that extra step, we may not have known about the situation with the first offer.

We immediately liked Tammy who was the seller's agent. Normally we would've gotten our own agent. She was readily available and answered all questions promptly. We will use her when we sell property next time.

Referral from friend was biggest factor
