Tanya and her team were fabulous! They took my tired rental property and turned it into a gem while I was out of state. The roof needed replacing and I was able to get in an insurance claim just days before I had to switch companies.
When the tenants moved out the refrigerator leaked and flooded the first floor. Tanya and her team seamlessly coordinated all the workers doing the repairs and upgrades. They helped me with getting more insurance reimbursement for additional damage found during the process.
