She explained important aspects about the properties and localities which gave us insights and confidence in purchasing properties on the Big Island that would be right for us.

Terri was WONDERFUL in explaining the stages of the purchasing/escrow processes that enabled us to make the best decisions. There is a critical timeline of actions the buyer and seller mush follow and Terri guided us through the process without problems. We listened to her advice and all went amazingly smoothly. She also provided excellent recommendations for the home inspectors which provided us comprehensive assessment of the property's condition.
