As a first time home buyer, I can't tell you how nerve wrecking it was to begin this process. However, Ms. LaTonya and her team are the real deal. Before we started the process, she had a lengthy discussion with us about the process, she took her time to educate us on the process which made the it easier. LT (our assigned agent) was patient with us every step of the way when it came to the house search. His candid opinions and patience made the search less strenous. Ms. Rhonda was always so polite and took very special care of us during the closing/signing. I have already recommended this team to my coworkers and friends.
