For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $825,000 in Marina for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $823,750 in April.

Central Marina had 26 new listings and 26 listings that went under contract in March, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 8—down 33.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in April.

The median listing price for homes in Central Marina grew 2.73% from February to March, bringing the current median listing price to $844,450. Based on projected data for April, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
