Kim did such an outstanding job with the entire selling process of our townhouse despite the fact that there were several others listed at the same time. She took several beautiful pictures of our home plus the description was exactly what we wanted to see included on the sale. The proof is that our house was listed just on 1st of July and by the 25th, we had and offer and a contract. She was so good at explaining the entire process and made us feel so at ease right up to the closing day. This is the 3rd or 4th home that I have purchased or sold but definitely, this has been the best experience of all. Kim was absolutely amazing to work with to sell our first home! We spoke with a few companies before I met Kim, and you could tell they weren’t going to have our needs in the best interest. From the very beginning she listened to every single thing I wanted out of the sale of our house and even my crazy ideas for our future! Kim was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to my questions and never made us feel like we were bothering her. I would highly recommend her. She drove out of her area to show us the house and was willing to meet our painter at the house to let him inside since we were out of town.
