North Charlotte is seeing a noticeable build-up of inventory in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 30% year over year and sitting around 9 months of supply, far above the roughly 4.1 months across Charlotte as a whole. At the same time, contract activity has picked up, as pending sales have climbed by more than 17% from a year ago even though the number of homes sold over the period is down.
