I have been helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate Charlotte real estate for more than 13 years, and I have called Charlotte home for nearly 20 years. Over the course of my career, I have worked across a wide range of transactions and market conditions, giving me a practical understanding of what it takes to successfully buy or sell a home—especially when the market is changing.

My approach is straightforward and consultative. I believe clients deserve honest information, strong communication, and an agent who will advocate for their interests rather than simply push for a transaction.

For sellers, I bring extensive experience with pricing strategy, staging and property presentation, marketing, negotiations, inspections, repairs, and getting a property successfully from listing through closing. My background working with investors has also given me a strong understanding of property condition, improvements, market value, and how buyers evaluate a home.

For buyers, I focus on understanding both the home and the financial decision behind it. I help clients evaluate neighborhoods, pricing, property condition, resale considerations, inspections, and negotiations so they can make an informed decision rather than simply win a contract.

Having lived and worked throughout Charlotte, I know the city beyond the numbers. I have firsthand familiarity with Uptown, South End, Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, NoDa, Elizabeth, Wesley Heights, SouthPark, and many surrounding Charlotte communities.

I also enjoy helping clients through major life transitions, including relocation, downsizing, moving closer to family, and selling a longtime home. These moves often involve much more than a real estate transaction, and I believe patience, organization, and clear communication matter just as much as market knowledge.
