Prescott Ferguson Team

Hi! I am Cindy Ferguson, team lead on the Prescott Ferguson Team at Coldwell Banker Southend. I was born and raised in Charlotte, which is a rarity these days! I have been practicing real estate for seven wonderful years and have helped our clients successfully navigate the Charlotte real estate market. In 2020, I facilitated 49 transactions, assisting both buyers and sellers. We were awarded the International Diamond Society designation from Coldwell Banker Southeast Region. I enjoy customizing the buying and selling process to meet our clients' specific needs. My business partner, Jeff Prescott, and I work hand in hand on every transaction and find that collaboration to be an invaluable asset in achieving superior outcomes for our clients. When I am not working, I am a dog mom to three: two Doberman brothers and one Maltipoo. I am a CrossFitter but love any form of fitness.
