Inventory in Emory has expanded notably in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up compared with recent months even though they are still down more than 30% from a year ago. At the same time, homes sold have fallen sharply year over year, and pending sales are also lower, pointing to slower follow-through from listing to closing.
