Prices show some interesting shifts, as the typical home value sits around $398,000, down 8.24% from last year but up 29.12% month over month. At the same time, the median list price is much higher at $649,900 and has jumped nearly 30% in a month, while about 27% of listings have had a price drop and homes now spend a median of 56 days on the market, which is 38.46% faster than the previous month but 33.33% slower than a year ago.
Compared with Fairfax County’s typical value of $723,000, Huntington offers a lower price point, and projections show its typical home value could reach about $442,875 next month.
