A couple of years later, When we were set to move for the military, We contacted her in regards to either possibly renting or selling (the rebuilt house) and she gave us all of the info we needed for both options. When we decided to sell last minute (within 2 days of husband leaving for Spain), she helped us get a specific power of attorney same day to ensure I could take care of the house selling while he was gone. She was nothing but helpful during the whole process and gave excellent advice. She made sure the pictures of the house were fantastic and that we got the best price possible. She even got our family movie ticket bundles as a thank you for using her after selling(the kids loved going to the theater).
