From the very first meeting with Kyle, I felt very comfortable with his profesionalism...not only in how he handled himself, but also taking into consideration his knowledge of the real estate business. Kyle was not pushy nor was he forcefully opinionated. Kyle did not "play games" as he presented the realities of the property I wanted to sell, and he gave me a very good idea of value and expectations up front...no attempts to dissuade me over to his possible personal likings or personal opinions. Kyle mostly listened, and then quickly gave me legitimate and honest feedback on each item. Kyle was easy to contact throughout the sale process, which made everything seem easier than it might have been had Kyle not ben my agent.

Kyle Rice did a excellent job for me and my wife.Kyle Keep informing use and up dateing progress on the sale of the home at all times. Kale found people to come in and clean the bath room tubs before the sale when i ask him ,and at a great price i might add.
Kyle personnally remove some tree branches from the side of the yard that i pruned but did not have a chance to get rid of, which was great for use. kyle made remote signing of the paper work very simple and answer all question in a timely manner.
My wife and I highly reconmend Kyle to any one buying a home. A excellent realtor and man of integrity. Great Job Kyle
