She help me while I had already moved to another state by setting up roofers, handymen and an engineer to review my foundation which I all needed to help the closing of my home. Frances the office manager stepped in while Candy was on vacation and was absolutely key in handling issues that arose just prior to closing and was actively advocating for us and in contact with buyer's agent to ensure we would make our closing date. Lynn from that office was also available even when she was away from the office and made sure any new information was conveyed to the right individuals.

If you are looking for a friendly agent, someone who will be disponible, helpful and caring Candy Hudson should be your agent. I am usually brief and not a huge fan of leaving reviews, however for my first home I think the process I went thru with Candy was as smooth as it could have been. She was always communicating to me on time, providing me feedbacks on what the sellers said about my offer and giving me contacts on services I could use to double check on some information I needed. I was so excited when I closed on my house, that I reached out few days later to Candy asking her when will I be able to do a review about this whole process.
