I was referred to Alfred Saiz with All Encompass Realty by a good friend in April 2018. The previous Real Estate Agent I had prior to Alfred was treating me like just another number. I immediately felt the personal connection with Alfred. He was down to Earth, patient and very informative. My credit score was at 579 when I first met with him, so with his direction and guidance, we came up with a plan to get my credit score up to where I would get approved by ML Mortgage Corp where his wife Katrina is a Loan Officer at. Also, I would like to note that Katrina works diligently behind the scene to fight for your best interest. In any event, we got my score up to nearly 680 in early October, and was subsequently approved for my loan with the best interest rate I could get at that time. In a timely fashion, Alfred Saiz found us the exact home that my wife Lizeth and I were praying for (loan approved on Oct. 4th and received the keys on Dec. 19th)

Loved working with Alfred Saiz. He was efficient and took care of everything for me. The whole process took 28 days from finding the perfect house to closing.i always felt safe with the decision he made.
