I was referred to Alfred Saiz with All Encompass Realty by a good friend in April 2018. The previous Real Estate Agent I had prior to Alfred was treating me like just another number. I immediately felt the personal connection with Alfred. He was down to Earth, patient and very informative. My credit score was at 579 when I first met with him, so with his direction and guidance, we came up with a plan to get my credit score up to where I would get approved by ML Mortgage Corp where his wife Katrina is a Loan Officer at. Also, I would like to note that Katrina works diligently behind the scene to fight for your best interest. In any event, we got my score up to nearly 680 in early October, and was subsequently approved for my loan with the best interest rate I could get at that time. In a timely fashion, Alfred Saiz found us the exact home that my wife Lizeth and I were praying for (loan approved on Oct. 4th and received the keys on Dec. 19th)

I would like to say that working with Alfred has been absolute pleasure. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. Never in anyway did you try to pressure me into making a decision that was not my own. He was also very punctual with all the information that I needed in order to make the best decision possible . Loved working with Alfred Saiz. He was efficient and took care of everything for me. The whole process took 28 days from finding the perfect house to closing.i always felt safe with the decision he made. Where do I begin! I first met Alfred Siaz through Realtor.com. I didn't know what to expect from this contact. But I realized he was a licensed realtor and had a great phone presence so I went ahead. It is one of the best things I've done. All of the catch phrases apply. Professional, friendly, etc. The very best was that I felt that he honestly cared that my husband and myself would be able to purchase a home. We had a pre-approval in place from a bank and we thought we were in place to go find that home. Come to find out not quite there. The banks pre-approval was not what we needed. Alfred had a contract within a mortgage company and would we like to speak. Certainly we would and again one of the best things and experiences. Don't let the fact that she is Katrina Siaz, Alfred's wife, deter you. She knows her business. That part went better than anticipated and then we geared up for the hunt. Alfred's analysis of the housing market and what we can and should look at were spot on.

Buying a home is a tough journey, not to mention just the current state of the market. I started my Journey on October 1st 2021 with another real estate agent. Me, trying to be understanding of my own situation knew that it would be harder for me as I was doing this on my own and wasn’t going to buy a big home. I was putting offers on Condos and doing all the leg work finding and looking at properties on my own, without any kind of guidance.
