I am a member of the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society and have been honored to receive several production awards throughout my career. I am married and have one precious daughter. A few activities I enjoy during my downtime include reading, gardening, and traveling the world! I am also a Master Gardener and love visiting with people and their plants.

There are many qualities and skills that contribute to being an outstanding real estate professional: integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network—qualities that are hallmarks of my work. I believe the most important quality and skill is fast, open, and honest communication. This "client-first" philosophy has always been my approach and requires me to continually improve my skills and methods of doing business. Moreover, I have found that the latest technologies enable me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.

Ann was invaluable in helping us price the property and excellent in communicating at every point. She was very responsive when we had questions and returned every time. When the first contract failed she immediately initiated new showings and secured the earnest money when it was within the contract. She expedited the closing even when possible problems arose on closing day and we were able to close that day. We were most pleased with an unfamiliar process.
