Beth Hines is a graduate with honors from UNC–Chapel Hill and brings 28 years of full-time real estate experience with RE/MAX. A former registered nurse, Beth transitioned into real estate in 1998 and quickly built a proven track record of success through her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-first approach. The Beth Hines Team came for a pre-listing appointment and gave advice on what we need to do to present the house at listing. We repainted the house and did the improvements to the kitchen cabinet, as well as flooring as recommended. The house went on the market a few days prior to a major snowstorm

During the snowstorm, the house was shown twice, and we had an offer to purchase from the second showing. The offer was full price and closed within 45 days. We are very pleased with the results from the Beth Hines team.

She wasted no time getting the ball rolling, gathering information from and for me, providing updated measurements, square footage, and photos of the property, and making contractor recommendations.
