Blair has an unquenchable passion for real estate as a vehicle for opportunity and for community good. Blair began her real estate career in Vermont in 2013 at Keller Williams Vermont and went on to form her own team at the firm in 2015, The Knowles Group. In 2020 Blair and her team left the brokerage at Keller Williams to form their own brokerage, Ridgeline Real Estate. Outside of Ridgeline Real Estate Blair is a property owner and a landlord in Vermont. She is also an avid yoga practitioner (catch her every Tuesday teaching yoga at Sangha Studio in Burlington)! Blair lives in Richmind VT with her husband and her two daughters

Blair was amazing. She's an honest optimistic who comes with facts and realizations we didn't think to consider. She took our "require" list very seriously, listened to our complaints and helped by being honest about some of the feedback we received in selling our house. She was amazing behind the scenes, went beyond the call of duty in negotiating deals, understood instantly what we would say and took it upon herself to only bother us if it was necessary. Credit needs to be given that she is a dog lover and didn't mind our two under 20 pound dogs to greet her enthusiastically every time she showed up. She's also great with kids and completely understands what it means to have a busy family life.
