He was always on time for every appointment and either answered my calls right away or responded in a very short time frame. When I first contacted his group he returned a call to me within 10 mins to discuss what I was looking for and set up a listing withing 30 mins of the phone call. He had me out inspecting houses within 2 days of our first conversation. I plan on buying multiple houses over the next few years and I will definitely use David for all of my house searches.
