In 2017, Ercan Deniz Ozen jumped on a plane with a backpack and moved to San Diego to fulfill his American Dream. He studied law at Istanbul University and graduated from Culinary Arts School to become a chef, hoping one day to open his own restaurant. He worked in various high-end hotels and restaurants within the hospitality industry.
