I can not say enough good things about them. One of my shining lights of this company is their customer service. Highly responsive, respectful and caring. My whole experience with them has been wonderful. Frances Sagun, Jacqueline Little and most of all the one I mainly worked with Jennifer Peele were all so wonderful. I have horrid anxiety and anytime I started to worry about something I would contact Jennifer to ask questions and she was so good about responding, being respectful and understanding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you want to work with a company that cares, go to Royal Realty. I promise you will be in good hands.

I came to know Jackie because she rented out our neighbor's house. She consistently rented it out to friendly and considerate families. Whenever there was a little problem that needed attention ie repairs , upkeep etc. she was responsive. It was that attention to details that prompted me to sell my home with her. I have used several realtors in my several years in Honolulu and Jackie is definitely on it ! I highly Recommend Royal Realty.

We put our unit on the market right as the interest rates were going up so wasn't sure if it would sell. Jackie was able to find a first time (local) home buyer and also got us a fair price. Her and her entire team communicated well and made sure the entire process was streamlined and worry free.
