Jess has in-depth local area knowledge - it's a tremendous advantage if you aren't from the area. She saved us from a deal that looked good going in, but was in reality well over-priced, with some high-dollar fixes that would need immediate work. Then she gave us great advice on the property we did buy - it had a LOT of interest from other buyers, but she moved on it so quickly we were first in; again, with us not knowing the area, we relied on her to help us determine what we should offer and it came together super-quick. She also knows a lot about prepping a property for sale, and we listened to her in getting our previous home on the market.
