This was the second home we sold with Jim and he did not disappoint us. Jim was always available, understands your needs and puts them before his needs. He keeps in constant communication and is extremely patient and professional. I highly recommend Jim.

Jim is awesome. I worked with him when buying this house. It took 6 months to find this house. Jim stuck by the process the whole time. When it was time to sell, naturally, I thought of Jim to help. He got the house listed and sold quickly. His online tools were extremely helpful since I was moving across the country.

I had a family member who had used Jim in the locating and purchase of their home. My wife and I also had a few friends who had used Jim and highly recommended him. He was very professional, helpful and always willing to answer our questions no matter how small or what hours we had them.

Jim Acklin did a wonderful job helping us find a house that we love. He was patient and went with us to look at multiple possibilities even though we were looking outside of the city. He was great at explaining all the steps along the way and helping me understand the processes of buying in today's market.
