John Muruwat

John Muruwat graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in Communication. Soon after, in 2004, he received his Real Estate License in Northern Virginia. He quickly discovered his passion for helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Whether selling a house or advising clients on their real estate needs, John is committed to giving 100% to his clients.

To better serve those clients, John has dedicated himself to increasing his knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. He furthered his education by becoming an Accredited Buyer Representative in 2005 and is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), which provides committed Realtors with advanced negotiation skills and tools to help buyers and sellers navigate the complex and ever-changing real estate landscape.

John Muruwat has experience in team environments and was a Certified Relocation Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway. He has won numerous awards for outstanding sales and customer service skills. In pursuit of furthering his education and knowledge in the real estate industry, John obtained his broker's license in 2013.
