Jon is absolutely incredible. We had to sell a condo with a lot of complications and it took over six months to do it. Jon was constantly available every single day we needed him and even though it was a small sale for the area it felt like he treated it like a million dollar sale. I can't imagine how any agent could be better at the home selling and buying process than Jon is. Jon Hodgson was fantastic to work with in this difficult house sale for my Mom. She lives in Western WA & her home was close to her & not living in it any more. Whereas, I'm located in Eastern WA. She's elderly & doesn't have a computer, etc. Jon went out of his way to make sure she had all of the docs needed to make this a smooth transaction, went to her for signing them & made sure she had copies of everything.
