Jorge not only sold my house, but is helping me acquire my new home. Years ago he did the same for my sister and recently my daughter purchased her home with Jorge’s assistance. Jorge makes himself available to his clients seven days a week and answers your calls and texts within minutes. Recently on a Sunday, I saw a property I liked on Zillow, I called him and told him I wanted to go view it. He said, “I will be on my way in ten minutes and meet you there.” He did and that’s the property I’m hoping to be moving into soon. We had an excellent experience with Jorge. He helped us purchase a home in the Miami Shores area in 2019. As first time homebuyers, we leaned on Jorge to guide us through the process. The entire process - from the search, to the final closing - was smooth, in large part due to Jorge. He was able to guide us through the process, and refer trusted third parties when necessary (inspectors, title companies, etc.). Jorge was particularly effective during the negotiation process by letting us know how to interpret each move. To top it off, he is very personable and really easy to get along with.
