Kay Bates has worked in the real estate industry since 1992. Her 25+ years of experience in commercial and residential real estate includes property management, real estate portfolios in excess of $13 million, inspections, loan draws, tax filing, budget and audits. Kay has made herself a crucial asset to the clients she serves daily.

After moving from Trinidad and Tobago, she settled her roots in Escondido, CA. She has volunteered her time and has made donations to local non-profits such as InterFaith Community Services. Kay is also an animal lover and she has rescued several dogs from the local Escondido Humane Society. In her spare time, Kay loves to spend time with her husband, cook, hike, travel, bargain shop, attend local events, and hang out with her family. She appreciates the beauty and love of San Diego County and is proud to live here.
