Then when it came time to sell ours, she was careful to research the market and help suggest a listing price that got us multiple over-asking-price offers within days (and before our open house). When our first buyer had unforeseen financing issues, Lauren sent us some sweet goodies to help lessen the blow got the house right back up and we were back under contract within a week.
