Lauren is absolutely amazing both to buy a home with and to sell one. We were so fortunate to find her when looking for our forever home, she patiently went to house after house with us to find just the right one, was always very quick to respond and made herself available so that we could see everything the market had to offer, and we had her traveling all over the Salt Lake Valley. Then when it came time to sell ours, she was careful to research the market and help suggest a listing price that got us multiple over-asking-price offers within days (and before our open house). When our first buyer had unforeseen financing issues, Lauren sent us some sweet goodies to help lessen the blow got the house right back up and we were back under contract within a week. In this market that's truly a testament to Lauren, it is definitely not a seller's market.
