Lian made my first home buying experience very smooth. With so many questions in my mind, he answered them clearly with lots of knowledge and made sure that my questions were answered and I understood what was going on. Lian is very professional and will always make time for you, whether it be to see a showing, or a midnight text asking another question. With the recent challenge of COVID-19, he was great at communicating the most recent updates of home showings and how to proceed with them as safely as we could. With all of that, we were able to close on my first home, checking off a good amount of the priorities I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Would recommend him 100% to friends and family.

Lian has been a wonderful help on getting our family our first home. He really exceeded expectations and made everything flow with ease. He made everything such an enjoyable experience for us and our family. What I most appreciated is Lian allowing our children to be apart of the experience in little ways. Lian was very easy to work with and it was very clear to us that our livelihoods was a higher priority then the sale itself.
