Lillie was very communicative. As first time home buyers, the entire process was daunting. We had a lot of questions and sometimes needed parts of the process clarified multiple times which she always did patiently and graciously no matter how many times she had already explained things before. She made the process seem a lot more realistic and open to us and I am very grateful for that.
