Lucy Davis was born and raised in Leetonia, Ohio. She moved to the Tampa area in 2023 after marrying her husband, a true Floridian, Kyle. Lucy obtained her real estate license in 2023 following two and a half years as a fund accountant. She returned to her roots with this career change, as she grew up working in her family’s Ohio-based real estate business. Lucy has thoroughly enjoyed the change of scenery that Tampa Bay affords and looks forward to helping clients find the same beauty in their next home. She holds degrees in Finance and French from the University of Mount Union, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
