My Real Estate Background:

With over 37 years of cumulative experience in the real estate industry, I have held various roles that have enriched my expertise. My journey includes 10 years as a Real Estate Paralegal, 10 years as a Title Underwriter, 15 years as a Closer, and 2 years as a Mortgage Processor. For the past 17 years, I have been a Real Estate Broker.

In addition to my real estate career, I have held other professional positions, including Chief Financial Officer for a design firm, Senior Tax Analyst, and Entrepreneur (details available upon request). I also serve as a Former Bank Vice President of Operations.

My former and current affiliations include Realty Executives for 4 years, RE/Max for 2 years, and Keller Williams Infinity & Keller Williams Premiere, where I was the Owner/Operator for 10 years. I am currently with Southwestern Real Estate and have been a part of the Dave Ramsey network since 2015.

As a Real Estate Broker, I have achieved significant milestones, including being a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Professional, Rookie of the Year, ranking #12 in the state in my first year as a broker, and #8 in the state in my second year. I have received annual Diamond and Gold production awards from all brokerages, totaling over 1000 transactions. I am a Certified Stager, a Short Sale Specialist, a Relocation Specialist, and I have been featured in various publications, both print and radio. Additionally, I offer broker training as a Marketing Specialist and hold an MRE designation (Military Relocation Specialist).

With practical estate experience, I have worked with Guardians, Executors, Administrators, and Trustees for several years, both as a Paralegal and as a Real Estate Broker. My estate work involves assisting out-of-state and local clients, ranging from organizing, staging, and selling estate homes to completely overseeing home renovations, resulting in profitable sales.
