He was always super quick to respond to messages and find answers to any questions we had. His knowledge of the processes involved with purchasing property is extensive, and every contact he referred us to, whether for financing or inspections, was just as helpful and knowledgeable as he is. We have worked with several other realtors for other properties over the years, and Melvin is by far the best. Highly recommend, we can't say enough good about him.

Melvin was awesome to work with. As out-of-staters looking to buy in Florida he was so flexible with schedules and would even visit properties alone and facetime us in so we could see. He was honest about everything we saw and was super patient. We worked with him for well over a year.
