Neil was born and raised on Oahu. He graduated from Iolani School and continued at the University of Hawaii at Manoa before attending the University of Oregon where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management.

Neil obtained his real estate license in 2007, gained his Broker’s license in 2014, and became Broker-in-Charge in 2018.

I lived 2500 miles away, I had an idea what I wanted. I had never bought a home before. There are so many things that can go wrong. Using a VA loan has its own criteria if your agent doesn't understand and hasn't used VA loans before the buying process can be overwhelming. It was obvious to me that Neil had done this many times. He didn't waste my time showing me properties it didn't meet these criterias. So flying here and looking at properties we only went to properties that would meet those criterias. He showed me properties that would doable an affordable. Neil was very forthcoming and honest about everything, he did not try to upsell me or try to get me to qualify for things we had budget he knew that we could afford and that's what he showed us. He is extremely friendly professional and answered any questions we had about the property and things about the island. We couldn't be happier with the buying process. I already referred someone I told about my experience.
