Neil was born and raised on Oahu. He graduated from Iolani School and continued at the University of Hawaii at Manoa before attending the University of Oregon where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management.

Neil obtained his real estate license in 2007, gained his Broker’s license in 2014, and became Broker-in-Charge in 2018.

Neil helped me to buy my first home in Hawaii and years later when I sold it. I would always choose Neil as my realtor because of his long history in the business and in depth knowledge of the local area. His marketing plan for selling was incredible and we were under contract, in a buyers market for full list in just a week.

Another reason to work with Neil besides his stellar track record- is his patience. He is so calm and reassuring and has the rare ability to explain things simply and concisely so you know exactly what is going on.

Neil handles so much in the background and doesn't bother you with all the annoying things. He takes the direction you develop together and handles business.
