I got my license during the “crazy times,” as it’s been called. Interest rates were at their lowest, and homes were flying off the shelves. I was immediately forced to learn negotiations from the buyer's side. With great coaching, I was able to help my clients get into the homes they needed. In 2024, I switched over to listing homes exclusively. Again, I found myself in a challenging market and had to learn negotiations from the seller's side. Once more, having excellent coaching made the difference in helping my sellers get as much equity as possible from their investment. I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers using FHA, Conventional, and VA financing. Considering the markets of the last five years, I have gained knowledge and experience that has taken others decades to learn. Do I know it all? Absolutely not. But if I don't, I have access to great coaches and mortgage loan officers who can help us always come up with a solution. I’m not just a Realtor; I’m an asset to real estate.
