I am a very dedicated agent here in Northeast Florida that has been a full-time realtor for the past 21 years. I consistently finish in the top 3-5% of all realtors yearly in our region.

I have received numerous awards for high volume production, however the most notable is the Good Neighbor Award given by the National Association of Realtors to only 4 agents in the U.S. yearly. This is for a fundraising effort I have been doing for the Wolfson Children's Hospital for the past 13 years. To date, we have raised over 3 million dollars toward the purchase of capital equipment!

What makes me stand out from my peers is my video marketing for listings. I typically get well over 5,000 views on my properties which gets fantastic exposure and top dollar for my listings is more attainable. My knowledge of Northeast Florida also really gives me an edge when working to find my clients the perfect home to meet their needs.
