I am a dedicated agent in Northeast Florida and have been a full-time realtor for the past 26 years. I consistently rank in the top 3-5% of all realtors annually in our region.

I have received numerous awards for high volume production; however, the most notable is the Good Neighbor Award given by the National Association of Realtors to only four agents in the U.S. each year. This award recognizes a fundraising effort I have led for Wolfson Children's Hospital for the past 13 years. To date, we have raised over 3 million dollars toward the purchase of capital equipment!

What sets me apart from my peers is my video marketing for listings. I typically receive well over 5,000 views on my properties, which generates fantastic exposure and helps attain top dollar for my listings. My extensive knowledge of Northeast Florida also gives me an edge when helping clients find the perfect home to meet their needs.
