Bruce must be very pleased and proud of you for accomplishing what seemed to be "the impossible". Everything worked out. The new owners have an interesting life ahead. I was very impressed with the fortitude that you displayed and your wonderful way that you carried yourself...you were always very positive and did not worry about things that were out of your control....amazingly, nothing was ever a problem for you. Thank you. As for me, I will miss New Brunswick. Ten+ years of landlordship and an absolute unmeasurable learning curve, has been surprisingly worthwhile, yet exhausting. I have, certainly, had many unusual experiences and I will surely miss the more memorable ones. Retirement is, and will be, a new chapter in my life.
